The Retreat offers a huge resort-style pool, a putting green and grilling pavilion, a horseshoe pit, two clubhouses, a fitness center, a social room, a catering kitchen, private yards, porches & patios, and expansive greenspace.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The Birchmore and Brookshire cottages also offer an extra half bath.
Housing contracts begin August 10th and end July 25th.

The cottages range from approximately 1251 square feet (2 BR/2 BA) to 1880 square feet (5 BR/5 BA). See the cottage floor plan page for detailed measurements.
Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 12–5 p.m.
Sunday: 1–5 p.m.
